Zoho CRM has SERIOUSLY disappointed me on many Levels but of course I’m highly invested in trying to get it customized and working now.
So this is kind of a note for me and my memory for later.
It has some Very cool features but the database itself is lacking and their support is very lacking.
I expect Salesforce is where I have to go after this.
