I’m hoping to correct the posting times on these posts to reflect when the actual workout happened. So this is a note to myself that when I go back to check the post times, that they are accurate from here.

P90X3 Classic Eccentric Lower Summary

This was a very tough workout after being off schedule. As you will see on tomorrow’s notes, I took a LONG break and had to have some carbs and sugar to get through.

P90X3 Classic Eccentric Lower Notes

This was a double to catch up after falling behind again. I didn’t capture the stats individually so they are combined with the stats for Incinerator. I believe that deviating from one workout per day separated by 7hrs+ of sleep compromises the program but as I am likely losing my workout area and I’m trying to enforce discipline, I have to finish this on the original 90 day timetable.

Also, I’m trying to be judicious about how I combine workouts. I will double with X3 Yoga for example or add a mostly Cardio workout to a Muscle workout like today with Eccentric Upper (Muscle) and Incinerator (full-body muscle/cardio) because adding more work to Incinerator probably doesn’t hurt. As it turns out, there was a long break between, see Incinerator notes for Day 47.
