P90X3 Classic Week 5 Day 1 Eccentric Upper

Completed 7.8.14 behind schedule.

Brutal. Pull up bar routines were impossible for my son but a bit, a little bit easier for me.

I was soaking, soaking, wet by 20mins in. My face looked like I was in the shower at one point.

Afterwards my biceps were the last muscles to quit hurting but biceps and triceps still tight.

Lats and shoulders were just on fire during the workout also. Trapezius as well. Pectorals not so much.

This was awesome. I liked it.

No pics and maybe I can use the log sheet to update which moves I was worst at, but my son said I got some of the negative rep pull-ups OK but I did NOT look like anyone on the DVD.
