P90X3 Classic Week 6 Day 4 Eccentric Lower

Back on schedule!

I’m pouring with sweat. I could not do all the moves with good range of motion. I’ll come back and update which later.

So I’m overall tired but my legs are not shot like they used to be after Kenpo class. I’m sure my legs should be wasted so I will work on Bringing It!

Again, this is a good example of where a trainer could tell me where my form is lacking. I may get one to review all this later in person when I have collected my notes about which moves give me the most trouble.

It’s later! The moves I had issues with were:

    1. Weighted Piston originally hurt my Right Knee but on the 2nd day I was OK but only did a very shallow bend
    2. Front Kick and Albanian Squat were both… sloppy
    3. Adductor Lunge was not a good lunge. Which is sad because I’ve studied Fencing and the Lunges are a lot like the Forward Bow in Kenpo or sometimes the Close Kneel.
    4. My notes indicate that the TT Plus KILLED ME. I had to modify it. The first week it was just Lame.
    5. The Bridge Kicks had no note for the first week but No Range of Motion noted for this week. Ugh.
