P90X3 Classic Week 6 Day 5 Incenerator

Today is 7.21.14 VERY behind schedule. Today should be Week 7 Day 1.

We fell behind late in Week 6. I’ll catch up this week I think. My partner/coach/son is gone and this week will get redone anyway. But here goes. Week 7 will repeat on schedule next week. That should be good in the long run.

Done. I need to update with my sheet but I did see progress with some weights and none with others however, I realized I had not eaten for hours before my workout and if I had, I bet I would have improved on every measure. We’ll see next week when I repeat Week 6 as Week 6v2 I guess.

My updates from the workout record were that I LOVED THE FIRST WORKOUT!
Renegade Rows are impossible without Hex Weights… I have round plates on everything 10lbs and less.

Otherwise, I did OK on this one. No real issues it seems except Skylars! I can’t do those. I’m going to need a trainer or a YouTube video to help me on this one. Previous notes indicate that Pike’s Press and Flipper were not good but I think I got better this week. We’ll see next week.
