The Polka Plus and Front to Back Lunges I’m also not clear on but I may be able to fix this by watching the routine while I’m not trying to do it. It still give me a lot more trouble than it should for all the Lunges I did in Kenpo.
Maybe because we are doubling up.
Maybe ate too close to workout but it was 30mins prior and only 2 Med eggs. Not even large eggs.
