P90X3 Classic Week 3 Day 1 Total Synergistics 15/90

I  don’t have the schedule in front of me but if we don’t do the next workout this afternoon it will be to allow more time to rest.

I’m not getting any sleep. And I’m WAAY under and WAAY off on the diet plan but I’m adjusting. I just reviewed Plan F last night. I had been eating 2 eggs and 2oz of steak for breakfast with 8oz of OJ. I need to eat 3 more egg whites, maybe sub 5 juiced oranges for the OJ, and add some Greek Yogurt, which could remove an Orange perhaps if it has fruit it. I’ll check on that.

You may have noticed I try to prep the Blog posts to get the date stamp right and then come back and add post-workout notes, pix and vid. So this is the pre-workout note.

Epic! I got better. I could do some exercises much more fully than before. I’m in a hurry. More later. I may consult my chart and post an update. Amazing to see progress.
