Week 3 is complete. However it was on Rest Day, 6.29.14.
Since I slept so much today prior to doing The Warrior a day behind schedule and late to boot, around 11:15pm, I’m just going to keep going on what should be my schedule which is workout approx 2-4 pm.
Tough day, well tough night for me. But I’m done!
I think I’ll be very good with the diet plan and the routine by Day 90.
