We are behind.
Just finished MMX.
Sleep is next. To simulate the rest day we may wait 24hrs before working out early next AM after I finish a night project that ends Fri.

We are out of Town all day Sat so that will be interesting. We must be on Schedule Fri and do that workout approx 3pm Fri as we have to be at a Merit Badge Fair 8am Sat.

Aug 5, 2014 was our rest day instead of Week 8 Day 1.
