I had to work very odd hours today and this workout happened at 1:30am after midnight but before I went to bed. Technically it was a day late. However, when I wake up after about 8hrs of sleep, I can do Yoga straight away and still also technically be on schedule. I much preferred to do the workout before midnight to avoid this and I think I can make that happen, anyway. It should all be good tomorrow.
By the way, I did LOVE this workout. It was not hard like I feared. I was not as tight as I thought I’d be. It was invigorating. I need to keep this up. Even a sloppy workout is worth the effort. It is a good 30min baseline, I recall saying that before. A good exercise minimum for a desk jockey.
I’m days behind updating my log in real time and I noticed this week that everything was Easier! It was amazing. I have apparently quickly gotten rid of the soreness. Jumping Jacks aren’t tearing/stabbing me like I mentioned before. Most of the extreme soreness is gone. Amazing.
I need to put notes in this log about my thoughts on the workout, like what I could/couldn’t do etc but maybe I also don’t need to put that on the Internet.
On my note sheet where I log my stats, I don’t have room for other notes. Maybe I need to reformat it for notes because there are some I need to record. There is space on the bottom of the worksheets for notes, but only 2 workouts in this Block, Total Synergistics and The Challenge.
