P90X3 Classic 8 Day 3 Yoga

Day 3 Fitbit readings before and after:
Steps 284-430=146 Steps
Heart Start 70-End 92
Miles .13 – .19 = .6 miles
Calories 1671-1768 = 97. Hmmm.

Yoga is also a hard one because I have no one to tell me how to modify the moves I can’t do. It’s frustrating. If I were not a veteran of martial arts and Mr. Duffy’s workouts, I would not know how to proceed and I probably would not have done so much of P90X, certainly not P90X3. I’m sure this affects my results.

Oh My Gosh! I just now noticed that my Hamstrings aren’t sore and weak like they were before I started Yoga 2hrs ago! I may add more Yoga, I think it says somewhere that you can add Yoga and Dynamix in anytime you like. We’ll see how Sunday goes… Amazing. They have been VERY sore for the last 2 days. Very weak. Hard to walk and get around.
