P90X3 Classic 8 Day 4 The Challenge

Day 4 Fitbit readings before and after:
Steps 111-742=631 Steps but that is only to pull-up bar and back…
Heart Start 65 – End 94
Miles .05 – .34 = .29 miles, again only to pull-up bar and back but this may be OFF
Calories 1690-1852 = 162. I’m sure this may increase as I get better, especially with pull-ups.

I definitely hit muscle failure on some of the push-up reps, particularly on the Burnout phase.
This was EASIER than I feared. I was very afraid. Didn’t start until 10pm.
But I need a pull-up assist band or the door modifier band or I need to do this one at the gym with a pull-up assist machine.

4 Days down. 86 to go!!!

Day 90 is a REST day.

Day 91 is the Final Fit Test and After Photos.
