This is about to be my post-workout protein smoothie for the rest of P90X3. I made one tonight after The Challenge and measured it out and it was just about the way I used to make them without measuring, but it was a bit thin, perhaps because ingredients thawed before mixing as I was measuring and recording.
My Captain America Smoothie recipe and Nutritional info, based on info from James Hall’s good friend Linda 😀
475 Calories, 23 Grams of Protein:
- 1/4 Cup sliced Banana, frozen
- 1/4 Cup sliced Banana, frozen
- 1/2 Cup Organic Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Cup Organic Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Tbs Almond Butter
- 28.6g Whey Protein Powder
- 1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
I will add this to MyFitness Pal now. It’s probably 1/3 of my calories I’m guessing.
