P90X3 Classic 8 Day 5 CVX

Day 5 Fitbit readings before and after:
Steps 12 – 1488 = 1476 Steps, lost of jumping and hopping.
Heart Start 61 – End 97, apparently the cooldown is consistent.
Miles .01 – .67 = .66 miles from jumping and hopping mostily.
Calories 953 – 1281 = 328! Good! It felt like it. I was melting. But I did this workout straight out of bed so that initial 953 calories was burned plugged into my computer all night. This thing may not be very good.

This one is easy to modify, my issue is how far I can bend my knees. It would be nice to go through this with a trainer the first time.
