I won’t plug them because the staff is awful. Uneducated salespeople. It’s amazing they can stay open but people like me go there I guess who just want the machine and apparently their business model involves getting a lot of uneducated people to sign up for Personal Training at $180-$500/mo. Incredible. Anyway.
I did 3 circuits of full body machines for about 30mins 1783 – 1908 = 125 calories.
I added circuit weights at the gym today. I needed to burn more calories and thought I’d add more damage as this one is an easy workout… and X3 Yoga is tomorrow.
There is a circuit at the gym although the Sales Guy giving the tour didn’t know it, or what the machines did, but for $10/mo I don’t need him, just the machines.
So I did a circuit that worked all the muscle groups, 10 machines but I only used 9. I think they were (not exactly in this order, if I add this to Monday/Total Synergistics Day, I will come back and outline what they are, I should have taken a picture of the row they were in):
- Leg Press
- Leg Extension
- Leg Curl
- Chest Press
- Shoulder Press
- Lat Pull
- Bicep Curls
- Seated Tricep Dips
- Maybe a Rowing machine
- Some weird multifunction machine was the last one, #10. It did crunches which was cool but had instructions for other stuff and I skipped it. I should have kept it for crunches now that I think about it.
So the Agility X stats are:
Fitbit calculation for calories burned, start 237- end 504 = 267 calories burned which are less calories than 275 last week or the 292 on week 1. Is it good that I’m burning less calories as I progress? Am I adapting and getting more efficient or am I not working as hard?
I was able to do the jumping jacks and other jumping movements without the tearing pain as I may have mentioned before.
I was also able to do Tap the Line more properly and do some much better reps on Jump Squats I think they were so I saw some good progress again on this workout!
16 Days down. 74 to go!!!
